     Yume was a Surrendered Child from the Japanese Off Site Rookery. She became a Ward of the Union the day she was sworn into the Army at the age of 7. Her childhood in the Habitat was atypical until the Pandora Event. When her Company snuck out in the heat of the commotion Yume had to do her growing up in battle. It opened her eyes and made her an ideal Candidate for the Summer Vacation Program. She and a few other Cadets who had demonstrated a comfortable awareness of the outside world were portioned off and trained as Sleeper Agents to be planted in Countries that hold a Zero-Hero Tolerance Policy.
